About CRM gal

Hello, my name is Kelly and welcome to my blog. I've graduated from Facebook, given up my LinkedIn social network and finally created my own professional blog site. It's my hope that I can share some of my professional experience, expand my network and gain a few friends along the way.

I'm an independent CRM consultant and I've been implementing CRM software systems for ten years. My specialties are business process mapping and process automation, linking SFA systems to sales methodologies, implementing full CRM applications (that is SFA, marketing and customer support) and implementing systems that achieve definitive ROI and lasting success.

From a CRM software perspective, I'm most experienced with Siebel Systems, however, I've ventured to several new systems since the Oracle acquisition of Siebel. I've also now implemented several software as a service (SaaS) CRM systems, including Salesforce.com, Aplicor and Entellium.
